I accidentally deleted my account and sent them a message, to which they answered within a day. The account was also recovered immediately (phew). Sometimes other support teams don't even answer, but I was really amazed by the efficiency of MailSuite's support team! Thanks! |

I have been using the free version of mailtrack for a couple of years, and for 3 years now, also installed the extension on my android Samsung smartphone. it worked perfectly, until i think, the last 4 to 6 weeks. i have followed all steps as described here https://mailsuite.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009967337-How-to-Install-the-Mailtrack-Add-on-for-iPhone-and-Android i installed the tracking extension in my chrome browser , given all permissions. i installed the app tracking extension on my smartphone, gave it all permissions. restarted my android phone. checked everything again. but it stoppped working. not just me, i have read a few other reviews, where it happened to others as well. so, mailtrack team, if you happend to read this, please if its not just an unpaid /( free) user problem, please fix it. thank you! |

The Advanced one is good to use. It doesn't have auto-answer and spam detector email content. Right. I have used YAMM, which always opens the email as their server detects and lets you know that it's opened, so their open rate was like 95%. Any true suggestions? Does it work with its custom domain?
