We used this during Tokyo Olympics ; prior to covid we had big screens to monitor tickets through dashboard. during Covid we started working from home and then we got to know about this extension. it helped a lot to monitor tickets.

Like what I see.. Suggestions. Ability to follow multiple Qs/Searches.. AND ability to see/follow assigned ticket updates and SLA options.. I know.. a lot.. but would be so useful.
2016-08-30 Jordi Nadal It allows having track of unaccepted tickets and tickets with pending workflow assigned to your group. You can also create new tickets with a simple click. Service now should provide something like this out of the box. Awesome extension!
