Extension summary

This extension allows to open downloaded dicom studies from Dr. TIS platform in the Radiant dicom viewer. The study is stored in the Dr. TIS web-based PACS. When a authenticated user wants to visualize the study in the Radiant Viewer (Desktop application freely available for download and use), inside the Dr. TIS web platform and after being authenticated with username and pasword, he/she clics the "Open in Radiant" option, then the study is zipped and downloaded to the local computer. The proposed extension will then get this downloaded file path in the local computer and open the Radiant viewer through the "radiant://" protocol and pass the local path to the downloaded zipped file. This action will trigger the Radiant viewer that will open the downloaded study automatically, saving user time and effort.
