It will add 2 extra buttons to each chat item which allow you to block all users messages or block all messages with the same text. For example hundreds of people are spamming !get 100, with this extension you can just block this message and avoid all the spam.

Do not use, unfortunately this extension causes browser hard freezes. I have a rather beefy PC with zero browser issues until I tried this extension. I immediately encountered issues where my browser would freeze when switching Chrome Tabs. There would also be random freezes while watching a Twitch Stream that would requiring refreshing the page in order to get the stream going again.
