What is GuitarFX?
GuitarFX is a versatile Chrome extension for guitarists, allowing users to connect their guitar to their device, create and store presets with effects like amps, cabinets, wah, reverb, delay, overdrive, EQ and more. Users can record their sounds, upload new cabinets (Impulse Responses), control parameters with a midi foot-controller, and even tune their guitars with the included tuner. Supports both online and offline storage of presets.

This app doesn't work (and sounds like it perhaps never did) on a Chromebook. Documentation has been removed and any website no longer exists!!!. Would it be possible to explain why is it still showing as available on the Google Play Store?
