Features & Capabilities

ArduinoDroid is an all-in-one Android IDE that lets you write, edit, compile, and upload Arduino, ESP8266, and ESP32 sketches directly on your device. It features syntax highlighting with themes, code completion, a file navigator, real-time diagnostics, a built-in small keyboard, and an on-device serial monitor. Uploads can be done over USB or OTA (WiFi), and everything works offline without an internet connection.

It ships with example sketches and libraries, supports Dropbox and Google Drive for project management, and uses material design for a modern UI. Note that the IDE requires substantial storage (~500MB) and cannot be installed on an SD card due to Android security policies.
