"Terrible experience. Clocked in using the SKKF app, but my attendance was not recorded. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times before the issue was resolved. This kind of technical problem is unacceptable for an app meant for critical tasks like attendance tracking. Needs urgent improvement!"
