I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I specifically asked to view a particular room, but I was taken to a completely different room instead. Is this really how you conduct your business? The room I was shown was not ready for viewing at all. There were unfinished maintenance works, the fan was making an annoying noise, the air conditioner was not working properly, the chair was broken, and the entire room was messy and dirty.
