i had a problem logging in, and the customer service was sooo responsive and helpful, they even emailed me to ask if the solution worked (and it didnt at first), and they came up with another solution quickly. thank you so much!!! such an enjoyable app for the kids... recommended!

Oops something went wrong even after I reset the password & reinstalled the app. Very frustrating being I've spent 200 or 300.00 on the stories & I can't even use them. Please fix the issues! update on review: it still is not working! I have the correct email,password & even updated it. no dice. gives me a Oops something went wrong every time.
