What this app does

- Read explainer articles on enlarged prostate symptoms, investigations, and the main treatment paths — medication, TURP, and HoLEP.
- Score your urinary symptoms with the IPSS and OABSS questionnaires, and your sexual function with IIEF-5. Each score comes with what it
means in plain language.
- Keep a 3-day bladder diary on your phone. The app stores it locally and exports a PDF summary you can bring to a clinic visit.
- Ask follow-up questions in plain language and get a short answer from the same library you can read on the site.
- Read in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, or 简体中文.

About the content

Every article is reviewed by a Urologist before publication, with references to source papers listed at the bottom so you can check the evidence yourself. The app is not a diagnostic tool — the scores and the diary are designed to make your next conversation with a Urologist more useful, not to replace it.

Your data

- The bladder diary and the questionnaire scores live on your device. They are not uploaded.
- Questions you send to the chat assistant are sent to an AI provider so it can answer.
- Messages you send through the enquiry form are delivered to the site owner by email.
- A captcha service is used to block automated abuse.
