List your property for rent and receive applications only from tenants who have already completed verification. Every tenant who reaches you has proven their identity and income before you ever need to make a decision.
Before approving any tenant you can review their identity verification status, income range and debt service ratio, risk score, and match percentage based on your property requirements. Contact details are only revealed after both sides agree, so you stay in control of who gets access to your information.

HOW IT WORKS

Tenants download the app, upload their MyKad, take a live selfie, and submit income documents once. Your verified Tenant Passport is then ready to use across every listing you apply to.

Owners download the app, list their property, and start reviewing verified tenant applications with risk scores and match percentages already calculated. Approve and connect directly.

Both sides stay in control and no data is ever shared without permission.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

EzLease protects all sensitive documents using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Landlords only see structured verification summaries, and raw documents like bank statements are never exposed. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
