GMA

The GMA is an internal enterprise application designed exclusively for company employees to support daily operations, communication, and workforce management. Employees can view company rules, policies, and guidelines through the digital handbook, ensuring access to the latest information at all times. Official memos and announcements are delivered directly within the app, allowing the organization to communicate updates efficiently and consistently.

The attendance feature enables employees to record their office attendance conveniently, supporting transparent and accurate workforce tracking. A built-in company calendar provides visibility into important dates, events, and schedules, helping employees plan their work more effectively.

GMA also includes digital forms and approval workflows, allowing employees to submit requests such as medical leave or administrative applications for review by designated administrators. Leave management tools enable employees to apply for leave, track approval status, and view personal leave summaries, including sick leave records.

The training module allows employees to upload and maintain records of training courses, workshops, or certifications they have attended, supporting professional development tracking. The Moments feature provides a private internal space for employees to share photos or videos related to company activities, encouraging engagement and team collaboration within the organization.
