Lousy customer service aside from the other bad reviews. Been calling for 2 weeks but keep getting recorded voice of "high volume calls" and no one can attend to you. Finally got through and get transfered to the Claims department to follow up on a matter, no one pick up again and call got dropped 2 times in a row.. come on do better.

Firstly, when i critically need to use the app, I have to use forgot password which is again the worst most difficult experience. Secondly I have no way of knowing highly rated specialists in my area. I have to check out one by one externally to the app, for example dentist. Please please please do better.
