Purchased it from UAE. I can't connect to the app. Not even once with many attempts i did

Do not buy!!! We didn't look at the reviews before buying, and they're all true. My fiancee was unable to connect (app crashes) and my phone was only able to connect once, after which the phone can't seem to find the sensor. In the phone's bluetooth it says it found the device (have to fill in the pin), but the app keeps saying not found, reconnecting... Do not buy!! Clearly the company doesn't care about the app, so even less about our children
