The application is designed for companies dedicated to private security services and its use is restricted exclusively to GIA Private Security personnel. This tool connects to the central information system to facilitate the recording and control of the company's daily operations in the following areas:
• Staff attendance record
• Receiving institutional communications
• Running incident drills at the various service locations
• Monitoring and authorization of procedures related to operational incidents
• Evaluating services and the performance of security elements through periodic reviews
• Assigning and changing elements in active services
• Logging incidents by user
• Recording the start and end of security duties, as well as incidents, expenses, and vehicle inspections
• Logging fuel, accidents, workshop services, inspections, and vehicle-related incidents
• Ticket management system to report and track faults, including those detected by users in the application and forwarded to the development department.
