Mystery Shoppers

Mystery Shoppers connects people over 18 with evaluation visits at businesses in Mexico.

See the available visits in your state, review the instructions, and accept the ones you can complete. At the store, answer the questionnaire and capture the requested evidence. Submit your report from your mobile phone for review.

How it works:
1. Create your account and complete the application.

2. The operations team reviews your profile before enabling visits.

3. Explore the available visits and review their details before accepting.

4. Start the visit at the store, answer the questionnaire, and capture the evidence.

5. Submit your report and, if requested, address any corrections.

Permissions and privacy:
• Precise location tracking confirms you are at the store when starting a visit and accompanies the visit evidence. It is not used in the background.

• The camera is used for evidence photos and the application video; the microphone is used only for the video. • The company responsible for a visit can view the report, photos, and associated location. The application video is reviewed only by the operations team.

Invoice submissions are opened in the system's browser. Bank details are not transmitted through the app.

The app is free, available only in Mexico, and requires users to be 18 years of age or older. You can review the Terms and Privacy Notice before registering and request account deletion directly from the app.
