MiColonia is the app that connects neighbors, neighborhood associations, and local businesses in an organized and safe community.

Designed for neighborhoods, subdivisions, and housing complexes in Mexico, MiColonia helps you stay informed about what's happening in your area, organize your community, and keep the neighborhood association informed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Real Neighborhood Verification
Only verified individuals can participate. Verify yourself with a neighborhood code, an official QR code, or approval from other verified neighbors. Your posts are only seen by people who live with you.

Neighborhood Posting
Post notices, photos, polls, and opinions. Your neighborhood association administrators can post official announcements, schedule meetings with agendas, and open polls that can be closed by date or manually.

Citizen Reports
Submit reports about potholes, streetlights, water, trash, security, noise, and more. Each report goes to the correct channel for your neighborhood: the committee's WhatsApp, internal tracking, or manual reporting.

Business Directory
Discover local businesses approved by your neighborhood: restaurants, workshops, professionals, and delivery services. Each business listing includes hours, location, and a direct link to Google Maps.

Emergency Alerts
Activate a neighborhood alert when something serious is happening. Verified neighbors in your neighborhood receive instant notifications.

Organized Neighborhood Council
If you're part of the committee, MiColonia gives you real neighborhood governance: proposals from administrators and moderators with voting, official announcements, meetings with minutes, and structured surveys.
