Siempre está caída y no me deja acceder

l apeor de todas las apps y pésimo servicio de atención a clientes, casualmente cuando se acerca la fecha de pago de la tarjeta y quiero entrar a revisar cuánto debo pagar, la app deja de reconocer mi contraseña para cuándo logro entrar ya se me generaron cargos por mora, apenas dos meses con la tarjeta y jamás lo vuelvo a hacer. No recomiendo para nada.
