Vigía Conurbada

Vigía Conurbada is a citizen-run app for reporting, mapping, and tracking public service issues in the southern Tamaulipas metropolitan area: Tampico, Ciudad Madero, and Altamira.

With Vigía, any resident can document problems affecting their neighborhood in seconds and turn them into a report with a tracking number, photo, and location, which is then forwarded to the appropriate authority. No complicated procedures or account creation required.

WHAT YOU CAN REPORT
- Potholes and damaged pavement.

- Water leaks and illegal connections.

- Missing or malfunctioning streetlights.

- Accumulated garbage and missed collections.

- Clogged drains, flooding, and sewage.

- Neglected parks and public spaces.

- Other urban issues in your community.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the problem category.

2. Take a photo as evidence and mark the exact location on the map, or let the GPS detect your location.

3. Add a brief description and submit. You'll instantly receive a unique tracking number and an official PDF receipt.

Your report is forwarded to the appropriate municipal or state agency as part of the citizen oversight and participation efforts of Ciudadanos Conscientes en Acción por México, A.C. (Conscious Citizens in Action for Mexico, A.C.).
