TD Store

TaizDeliver Store is the partner app for restaurants and shops on the TaizDeliver
marketplace. It is where you take orders, prepare them, hand them to a rider, and get paid.

THIS APP IS FOR TAIZDELIVER PARTNERS ONLY
You cannot order food with this app. If you want to order, download the TaizDeliver
customer app instead. Access requires a store account issued by the TaizDeliver team —
there is no sign-up inside the app.


NEVER MISS AN ORDER

New orders arrive with a push notification and an alert tone that keeps ringing until you
respond, so a busy kitchen does not lose a sale. Every order lands on the New Orders tab
with the full basket: items, quantities, variations, add-ons and any special instructions
the customer left.

Accept an order and set a realistic preparation time, anywhere from 10 to 90 minutes. The
customer sees that time, so a promise you can keep protects your rating. If you cannot take
an order, decline it with a clear reason — item not available, restaurant closed, too busy,
area not covered, or incorrect order details.


STAY IN CONTROL OF YOUR STOREFRONT

Switch your store between Available and Not Available in a single tap, for a sudden rush, a
power cut or an early close. Set opening and closing hours for each day of the week under
Work Schedule, and customers simply cannot order outside them.


FOLLOW EVERY ORDER TO THE DOOR

Orders move through clear stages: New Orders, Processing and Delivered. When a rider is
assigned you see their name and number, with a WhatsApp button to coordinate the handover.
Pickup orders show the customer's name and phone instead — tap to call them directly, then
mark the order handed over once they collect it.


PRINT RECEIPTS AT THE COUNTER

Pair a Bluetooth thermal printer and print a clean order receipt in seconds: items, add-ons,
totals and customer details, ready for the bag or the kitchen rail. Receipt printing is
supported on Android.


SEE EXACTLY WHAT YOU EARN

Your earnings are laid out as a graph over time and can be filtered by date. Drill into any
period to see the individual orders behind the total and what each one contributed. No
spreadsheets, no guesswork.


GET PAID ON YOUR SCHEDULE

Completed orders credit your wallet automatically. Request a withdrawal whenever you like,
from a minimum of Rs 10 up to your available balance, and the money is transferred to the
bank account on your profile. Add or update your bank details in the app, and review every
past request and transaction in one place.


BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU WORK

Use the app in English, Urdu or Arabic. It is built to stay responsive on modest hardware and
to hold your order board steady through a patchy connection, because a dropped signal should
never cost you an order.

1. Partner with TaizDeliver and receive your store account from our team.
2. Sign in with the email and password you were given.
3. Set your opening hours, switch your store to Available, and start taking orders.
