I regester my number, and once i logged out from the app, you can not log in it's showing the wrong username or password. Please fix it the issue

I tried to change my subscription to credit for 2 months. This was not possible to do in the epic app which is ridiculous. I emailed them and i had to go to an epic outlet. I was outside malta so i couldn't do that. I had to fill in a form. i did that and they took 2 months and right now it is still not changed. So i am still paying for my epic subscription while I am not even using it
