Je suis très déçu par l’application Bankily et surtout par son service client. Depuis plusieurs jours, impossible d’obtenir une réponse : ni aux appels, ni aux messages. Lorsqu’on rencontre un problème lié à son argent, un minimum de réactivité est indispensable. L’application peut sembler utile, mais sans assistance fiable, l’expérience devient frustrante et stressante. J’espère que le service client sera amélioré rapidement, car actuellement le support est quasiment inexistant. 👎🏾Décevant SC
