It's quite simple:

Every day at 15:00 (3pm) it asks you what you did today
Clicking the icon, allows you to log time
All data is stored locally

Purpose of this extension is to ease the pain of tracking time. It asks you and will remind you if you forget. All to avoid that last of the month when HR needs you to explain what you did at noon the 1st of January.
