2026-05-16	Do*****	the worst app ever. Currently it's telling me to update the app even though I just reinstalled the newest version. And it just cycles through "need to update" and "open app". Usually takes forever to open when trying to use it at the airport.

2026-05-12	Su*****	Impossible to create an account. No matter what email I enter, it claims it's already registered, but the "forgot password" messages never arrive. Even if I make up a fake email, it says it's already registered. If the company is this difficult to give my money to, I can only imagine the nightmare that awaits if I were to actually leave my car with them.

2026-04-02	Ga*****	horrible app. never loads and kicks you out mid way through booking. their website is not much better. I prefer just to swipe my card at the lot bit hate that I don't get the points! our accounts should be linked to the credit cards we use so we get loyalty points no matter if we book ahead or just pull in! I feel like that is a huge missed opportunity to create more customer loyalty....
