WS MessagePack Inspector is a developer debugging tool that captures the WebSocket traffic of the current tab and decodes SignalR + MessagePack binary frames into readable JSON — entirely locally. The browser's Network panel renders binary frames as gibberish and misses connections established early
▎ during page load; this extension hooks the native WebSocket constructor at document_start, before any page script runs, recording the full connection lifecycle (open / send / recv / close) with millisecond timestamps.

▎ Three views: Latest point values (live "prefix#device#point → value" map with search), Subscriptions (which points each Watch/WatchExp call subscribed to), and Raw frames (decoded JSON per frame, with per-connection filtering, search, sort order toggle and one-click copy). A full-window viewer is
▎ available for large captures. Ideal for industrial SCADA / monitoring dashboards built on SignalR + MessagePack, and works on any site with live WebSocket traffic.

▎ Privacy: the only permission is "storage" — a session-level per-tab cache (capped at 4000 frames) cleared automatically on tab close, page reload or browser exit. Nothing is collected or transmitted: no server, no analytics, no external requests; all decoding happens locally.
