Возможно, после добавления визуального выделения области, как это сделано в "Adblock Plus - free ad blocker", "Distill Web Monitor", "Otsledit", "Wachete" и "Web Content Monitor" данное дополнение и будет удобным. Сейчас - нет. И, судя по дате последнего обновления, никогда другим не будет.
