Customize Your Parameters By providing a couple of constraints -what days the meeting has to happen between, what time of day you want the meeting to occur in and the meeting length - Calvin has all of the information needed to find the best times for your meeting.

Personalized Options Based on your customized inputs, Calvin provides all available meeting times that work for you and your attendees including open times outside your window, open times if you change your meeting duration, and times with minimal conflicts.

Automatic Scheduling Choose your preferred meeting time and Calvin will automatically send out your invite. If you are requesting a change, Calvin will send a request to that person, but will not move any time on his or her calendar without approval.
