Domestic violence prevention: Continuous automated monitoring of compliance with court orders and protective orders to protect victims and prevent the abuser from approaching them.

Geofencing: Automatic verification of the offender's presence within court-established administrative boundaries or home zones at specified times (e.g., during curfew).

Law enforcement monitoring: Remote confirmation of compliance with court-imposed obligations without the need for constant physical visits to probation offices.

Important information about data collection:
To fulfill its primary government function—protecting citizens and preventing repeat offenses—this app uses real-time geolocation monitoring in the background. GPS coordinates are collected continuously, including when the app is minimized, closed, or the device's screen is locked.

Registration in the app and activation of background monitoring are strictly based on court orders, official orders, and after signing a physical consent form with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. The app runs openly and displays a persistent, non-removable notification in the Android status bar while the geolocation service is active.
