Each year, the SWHPN General Assembly brings together hundreds of palliative and hospice professionals from across the country to present and share in oral, poster, and symposia presentations, as well as interactive workshops. This is the only national conference for hospice and palliative care social workers, our event features leading research, innovative clinical practices, educational strategies, advocacy initiatives, and case narratives from clinicians, researchers, and leaders in the field of hospice and palliative care.
