Mobile Finder Firefox

Mobile Finder

Quickly try to open the mobile version of the current website.

Features & Capabilities

Mobile Finder makes it easy to switch between desktop and mobile versions of websites.

With a single click, Mobile Finder attempts to locate and open the mobile version of the current website. Depending on the site's design, it can open the mobile page in the current tab or a new tab. When a dedicated mobile version isn't available, Mobile Finder will let you know rather than redirecting you unexpectedly. Mobile Finder is part of the AshForge Addons collection, a growing suite of Firefox extensions focused on enhancing and simplifying everyday browsing while building on Firefox's existing features rather than replacing them.

Features Quickly switch to a site's mobile version. Open in the current tab or a new tab. Supports multiple mobile URL patterns. Lightweight and fast. Clean, modern AshForge interface. Part of the AshForge Addons ecosystem.

Is Mobile Finder Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Mobile Finder requires a few sensitive permissions. Exercise caution before installing.
