Very disappointing app and service. The Touch app feels outdated, poorly designed, and frustrating to use. The animations are annoying, the UI/UX is weak, and currently the app does not work properly even on mobile data. Internet speed is far slower than what I pay for, coverage is very poor, and the service feels unreliable. Touch must seriously improve its app, network, coverage, and customer support.
