User Reviews

Users like dittoed’s before-and-after overlay concept and find it useful for tracking changes or showing results. The most repeated complaints concern limited camera and zoom controls, overlays that change image scale or crop, and difficulty finding or saving completed photos. Watermarks and image quality or filtering are also recurring concerns.

Pros

Useful concept for creating before-and-after photos and tracking changes over time.
The image overlay can help users match a previous shot’s position and angle.
Several users found it well suited to practical needs, such as comparing plant growth or showing client results.

Cons

Limited camera controls: users report missing wide-angle lens options and difficulty controlling zoom or matching camera settings.
Overlay scaling, cropping, or image-size differences can make it hard to align photos consistently.
Users report trouble finding or saving finished photos to their gallery, and sharing them to Google Photos.
The watermark is considered too large or unappealing.
Some users report low photo quality or unwanted filters on finished images.

it's very useful but you can't do photos in 0,6x and other option that are in every smartphone in the photos app, so it's very limited

cannot use wide angle lens when using overlay of an old picture taken with wide angle lens. it's not possible to align a wide angle pic when using the normal telephoto lens.
