Screencastify used to be a great tool. Now it is just a bunch of nonsense. I coudn't get the audio to record so I was troubleshooting and recorded 5 short clips. It still wasn't working. Then I noticed that each time I recorded I had one less recording available on the basic/free software. I spent all of these recording sessions just trying to get the software to work! I emailed customer service for help and they didn't find a solution and they didn't answer any of my very basic questions. Typical- they will answer the first question then ignore the rest. They wouldn't reset my trial recordings either. Waste of time. I'll be going back to Camtasia.

It's good but I'm only able to make 10 videos and I only get 30 minutes to make a video, It costs money to upgrade and personally I don't want to spend the money to upgrade, also when it says to delete videos to be able to make videos i delete a few videos where it is below 10 and it still wont let me record so I rate this app a 3.
