Doesn't work ans keep asking even after clearing cach : Unfortunately, the internet isn't perfect and wouldn't let us load this page (for now) ; we can't load this page Please try clearing your cache

It only works on about half of the links. On all the rest, It pops up with an error saying "Unfortunately the internet isnt perfect and wouldn't let us load this page (for now). Please try clearing your cache." But I have tried other search previewers and they do work. Is there some security or permission setting that needs to be set? I have given it all I could think of.
