MKS Dostavuvac

MKS Courier is an internal application intended exclusively for the couriers (delivery drivers) of Macedonian Courier Service (MKS). It is available only to users with the COURIER role — this is not an app for end customers or for tracking parcels.

What the courier does with the app:
• Signs in with an email and password provided by the dispatcher
• Views the parcels assigned for today's shift
• Scans barcodes at pickup and delivery
• Navigates to recipients (via Apple/Google Maps)
• Updates the parcel status (picked up, in transit, delivered, failed delivery)
• Takes a photo as proof of delivery
• Creates and optimizes the route for the day

LOCATION ACCESS
The app has a dedicated toggle in Settings that the courier turns on themselves during their shift. When it is active:
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION are used
• The location is shared live with the dispatcher so they can assign new express parcels to the nearest courier and give recipients accurate ETAs
• A persistent visible notification ("Delivery location active") informs the courier that tracking is on
• The courier can turn tracking off at any time using the same toggle

Security:
• Only COURIER users can sign in; SP/CLIENT/ADMIN receive a 403
• The JWT token can be revoked by the administrator
• The session lasts 30 days; re-authentication is required every 30 days

Available to MKS employees via an invitation from the dispatcher. This is not a public parcel-tracking app — customers have a separate web portal for that.
