The current one is a strategy to assess the risks to mental health, but above all to guide people on actions that can help prevent damage or recover it.
The way we perceive life events, how they make us feel and how we face them can lead us to maintain well-being and mental health or, on the contrary, they can generate discomfort that can progress towards severity. Today it is known that emotional distress can be reversed and that mental health can be maintained and recovered if it has been altered.
