Mini Pixiv is a Chrome extension designed to make browsing Pixiv faster and lighter by streamlining its layout and blocking unnecessary scripts that slow down performance and cause overheating. It automatically displays all images and offers customization options such as fitting images to screen dimensions, loading either low-res or hi-res versions by default, and using a CDN for faster image delivery.

By reducing bloatware scripts and simplifying the interface, Mini Pixiv enhances the responsiveness of the original Pixiv site, improving usability especially on laptops prone to overheating. Currently, it supports illustration and member pages with plans to expand support in future updates.
