Customer service have offered little help and always made it seem like it was me and not a sensor issue. I have recieved 2 sensors from this company and had the same issue with both of them..contined to get the wash hand/ change electrode message on almost every session despite me following all directions to a t. This has been going on 4over a yr and today I get a message saying my sensor is block

As a result, we regret to inform you that we have decided to permanently exclude you from the Panel. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to data discrepancies, we have cooperated and made efforts to address the situation. Regrettably, we were not able to resolve the issue. I don't understand what I did wrong

2024-06-03	Vi*****	Previously the company was decent (with different owners), but they don't pay anything worth your time. Customer service absolutely sucks and I highly recommend going with any company other than them.

2024-02-27	St*****	If you live out east and you have cable or internet at least you're going to do good with this. Otherwise, it's just not worth it at all I'm sending it back. I haven't made anything. I live in Arizona and it's eastern time based shows.
