This app is helpful for all the basic stuff, but if you need to access the specialty information on rate, service, and merit insignias that is on the website, the app-to-browser transfer does not work. The screen stays stuck on loading and never progresses. If these websites are only accessible via a computer, WHY EVEN MAKE IT AN OPTION TO CLICK ON A PHONE APP?
