Нашёл-таки тёмную тему, которая мне подошла. Требования: 1. Полная видимость адресной строки. 2. На панели вкладок активная вкладка по цвету отличается от неактивных (в отличие от других тёмных тем из интернет-магазина Chrome). Тема "Black & White" (не путать с "Черно-белая тема для Google Chrome") полностью соответствует.

Simple pero bonita y al mismo tiempo identificas perfectamente la pestaña activa, que en la gran mayoría de temas cuesta verla cuando tienes muchas abiertas. Y que la zona entre las pestañas y el cuerpo del navegador sea de color claro da un contraste que queda genial
