SuperSave is a Chrome extension that allows you to save your favorite webpages as a single .html file for offline reading. It includes remote images, styles, and iframes converted into inline format. Note that it currently has limitations such as not being able to save cross-origin iframes and not being able to download http resources in https websites.

很快,很棒我来找茬: 1保存文件名和网页标题不对应, 2(我删除了<head>),中文有乱码的可能,用CTRL+S没问题. 3页内的相对路径的超链接可能是(file:///C:/Users/aaa/xxx/)打不开,而CTRL+S的没问题
