No letter of upcoming billing NO invoice No access to an account to see what is being billed and when No ability to remove a credit card from the account as you as the customer cannot see you account or check what information they have on you. And when you discover you have been charged, a day or 2 later - too late for a refund. This is the worst consumer practice I have ever experienced. The company should be shut down. STAY AWAY FROM GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! SHAME ON YOU RIGHTINBOX! |
