I like that it's customizable, doesn't interfere with my other Chrome extensions [Grammarly and WiseStamp], and that Customer Service (CS) is responsive. I did experience some emails literally disappearing after activating the "opens" tracking feature. I contacted CS and they responded swiftly, gathered more information from me, then returned with solutions to cure the issue. I could not follow through on those steps (this is a company laptop) but I didn't experience the issue again. Happy customer! |
