Memolight

Add local notes and color markers next to usernames or frequently seen text so you can recognize them quickly.

Memolight is a Chrome extension that lets you add personal notes next to usernames, author names, or specific text on supported sites and domains you explicitly allow.

Click the marker to save a note, short label, and color. Hover over it to quickly preview the saved content. On the management page, you can search, filter, sort, and manage saved notes, as well as export them as CSV or encrypted backup files.

Privacy

• Notes and settings are stored in Chrome local storage.
• Note content, usernames, and browsing history are not sent to the developer’s server.
• Text note markers only work on domains you explicitly allow.
• CSV files are not encrypted, so please store them carefully.
