Medusa Adder lets you add TV shows from Simkl, TMDB, and IMDb directly into your self-hosted Medusa library with one click, using your preferred indexer, quality profile, and root folder.

  • Detects shows on supported pages and reads TMDB/TVDB/IMDb/TVmaze IDs
  • Resolves IDs via your chosen indexer (TMDB, TVDB, IMDb, or TVmaze)
  • Uses Medusa’s API v2 to:
  • Fetch available quality profiles and root folders
  • Queue an “add series” job with your selected options
  • Supports default or custom quality and root folder per show
  • Restricts requests to the Medusa URL you configure; no tracking or third-party services
  • Works only with your own Medusa instance; no bundled media, accounts, or payments
