Four in a Row

Pick a column and your disc falls to the lowest free space. Get four of your own in a line — across, down or diagonally — before your opponent does.

Four in a Row is Connect Four with room to change the rules. Play across the table on one phone, or against a computer that is beatable on purpose.

FOUR BOARDS
• Quick — 6×5. Short and sharp.
• Classic — 7×6. The game as it comes in the box.
• Wide — 9×6. More board to watch, and far fewer draws.
• Marathon — 7×7, and it takes five in a row to win. The longest game of the four, and the hardest to finish.

AN OPPONENT YOU CAN BEAT
Three levels: Easy, Medium and Hard. Switch between them whenever you like. Hard will make you work for the win, but the win is always there.

MAKE IT YOURS
Ten disc colours, six board colours, and a name for each player. Your game and your running score are saved as you go, so you can put the phone down mid-match and pick it up tomorrow.

QUIET BY DESIGN
No ads. No accounts. No sign-in. No internet permission at all — the app cannot send anything anywhere, because it has no way to. Sound and vibration each have their own switch, and every last bit of it works in aeroplane mode.
