Tried opening an account with a valid Emirates ID and residency and got blocked partway through .. no clear reason given, just not allowed to proceed. Worse, there's no complaint number or real way to reach support to ask why. For a digital-first bank, locking people out with zero explanation and zero recourse is unacceptable. Do better!!!!
