2025-01-05	La*****	Almost every time l have to rewrite my shift notes twice to 3 times as app says notes successfully added then they dissappear and l am late to log off. When l do eventually log off my notes are there in triplicate.and then have to delete the ones not needed. Times consuming and not effective. PLEASE GET DEVELOPERS TO FIX. WE CANNOT BE CONSTANTLY LATE TO CLIENTS BECAUSE OF THESE GLITCHES.

2024-12-23	An*****	Honestly, it's the worst app I've ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. It glitches so often that it's frequently making me 5-10 minutes late between clients. You can't finish a shift without adding a note, but sometimes it glitches so much you'll add 8 notes (shutting down the app, reopening the app doesn't help at all) before it finally decides to accept it, but then it accepts all the notes, so you now need to delete the extras. There's so much more wrong, but character limit.

2024-06-03	St*****	Barely worked to begin with (frequently needed to close and open again to access any documents) but now it won't even let me in to press "start shift". Broken, buggy app, very frustrating.
