First they will deliver you the device with fake display screen or battery then when you want to return it they will cut down the shipping fee which is 150sr.... Just like that you waste your 150sr just by touching the junk they sent you and that's how they are making money.

They say no one is picking up the phone, you are delivering office all delivery are received be reception. No one is replying and no one is supporting after you make your order. I don't recommend anyone to take from them anything.

The last phone I ordered was locked to T-Mobile, which made it unusable for me. It would be much better if they clearly stated whether a phone is carrier-locked or unlocked before purchase.

After 15 days of pleading with them to swap or refund for delivery of damaged IPHONE, the person on whatsapp everyday saying we are arranging pickup but all was fake and in the last he said you canceled the pickup whereas no one contacted me for pickup and refund is not possible! Don't be fooled by their so called customer service before you purchase from them, after purchase you are on your own , so becarefull!
