Never trust them. Replying feedback. I contacted your support many times, but no luck.

2024-09-04	Al*****	Absolute scammers trying to play a decent startup. More than a year ago, this service lost his license of service his bank cards, and therefore, I got money stuck in their non-working bank card account. And now that they are starting with a new bank card program, they have blocked my access to my account under the reason of "additional verification". Now they not accept my residency permit to pass "additional verification". But when they opened account for me, more than one year ago, it was Ok.

You can't just send the amount you want to send, and they take the commission. u have to add the commission to the amount you want to send

2022-11-09	Ko*****	Had some crypto in this wallet before I tried to transfer it to my account. The app said it's impossible. So I tried it next month and another month. Useless. Then they started to charge for this app because I was not using it. I tried to withdraw the money again and no luck. Had to contact the support, they asked for a photo of a document. I sent it and they said it expired (it was due 2029). Had to make another photo of it and another. I mean all this nonsense is one of the worst experiences.

2022-09-20	Da*****	Of all the banks, Apps, corporate companies, exchanges I have dealt with over the years I honestly can't think of where I'd received better customer services than with the amazing people at Cryptopay, always willing to help at any hours and even on Sunday afternoons. Also a matching high level App offering so much, highly recommended. Thank you!

2022-08-05	Ra*****	Excellent card for Crypto and Fiat exchange. Conversion within the account in easy and simply laid out, using the card as a Vissa debit card make payments so easy. The fees are very reasonable too. I use this card just like my bank debit card with no issues. I've recommended it to a few people too. The initial application for the card, can be tricky, but just follow the instructions, for the KYC.

2022-05-18	Ma*****	Terrible UI, it doesn't allow you to upload pdf files or doesn't tell you how visibly, it has to be a photo of the document, however their faq states you can upload a pdf file. When I attempted to upload the pdf as a picture, it still wasn't accepted, for obvious reasons. In this day and age, we try to go digital to lessen our impact to the environment, yet it is difficult to even upload a pdf file here. Ridiculous that there is a lack of support for this one simple feature.

It all goes together to make for a top crypto experience.

There is no number to call so you have to use their useless messaging system. I hsve never recieved any response back since. The app is just stuck on the verification screen for thr past 4 days! I literally cannot do anything else on thr app. Be careful people, they will keep your money and go silent on you..
