### How Time Guard Works (Accessibility Permission)

MyHome Launcher includes an optional Time Guard feature that helps you limit
distracting apps and stay on task.

When you choose to enable Time Guard, MyHome uses the Android AccessibilityService API to detect which app is currently in the foreground. This lets Time Guard compare the active app against your blocked app list and show a pause prompt if it matches — including apps launched from notifications, recent apps, or deep links.

MyHome uses AccessibilityService exclusively for this purpose. It does not read screen content, record personal data, read passwords, read messages, read payment details, or monitor any actions outside of foreground app detection for Time Guard.
All Time Guard processing happens entirely on your device. No app usage data
collected by Time Guard is ever transmitted off your device or stored in the cloud. Time Guard can be enabled or disabled at any time in Android Accessibility settings.
